Local Directions The Alpine Visitor Information Centre is situated on the Great Alpine Road in Bright, approximately 325kms from Melbourne and takes around 3 1/2 hours by car. Travel along the Hume Highway exiting onto the Snow Road (Milawa exit), down the Great Alpine Road through Myrtleford and then onto Bright.
